Fake IWC Aquatimer - $1 (Manhattan)

Someone is selling IWC Aquatimer in Manhattan.
Watch doesn't have original strap or bracelet.
I was trying to buy it and asked for model info and better quality pictures but seller refused saying that is too much work (?) I'm not saying, it is fake, but if you are buying it, take it to to the professional for an inspection.
I'm afraid, seller will also refuse to meet you there.
UPDATE: Right now IWC Aquatimer listing is gone, but there are almost identical listings in Manhattan for IWC Portugieser and Portofino.
My advice is, make sure you take it to the place you know and trust for an inspection.
With 1:1 replicas from China lot of people can be tricked.
