And now, we're looking for a full-time Operations HR & Customer Success Coordinator to join the ZogSports team to help us grow our leagues nationwide.
What's the role? ZogSports is America's most popular adult social sports community, with operations in New York, New Jersey, DC, Los Angeles, San Francisco and San Jose.
As many people return to the office or as our customers look for reasons to leave their apartments, ZogSports leagues have been relaunching at a fast pace in all of our markets.
To support the growth and scaling of the business, we are hiring an Operations HR & Customer Success Coordinator to report to our senior operations staff.
The Operations HR & Customer Success Coordinator will have the ability to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment and work with a dynamic team.
You will be well-supported, much appreciated, and an integrated team member from day one.
What you'll be doing: Field Team Hiring- Source, hire, onboard and train field team, working directly with human resources and legal teams.
Field Team Training & Development - Work closely with Field Team members, especially the Field Manager staff to focus on customer satisfaction and quality of product through ongoing training Operations - Work with field team and operations staff to organize equipment and logistics for league play Customer Service - Support customer service team with answering emails and tickets and occasionally interacting with customers to reach resolution What else is important? Ability to work predominantly from home with a typical M-F 10am-6pm schedule, with occasional work from shared workspace as well as frequent on-site visits Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Experience BA or BS degree or a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience Experience with hiring and onboarding at significant volume Experience with indirect and/or direct people management Excellent organization skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to function efficiently in fast-paced environment Creative and effective problem-solving skills Confidence to make decisions of importance Exercise sound judgment Ability to handle multiple projects at one time and work both independently as well as within a team Comfortable with technology, especially Microsoft Office Suite (mainly Excel, Outlook and Word) and videoconferencing platforms (e.
