Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries with excellent phone etiquette - Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently - Assist with guest requests, such as booking reservations or arranging transportation - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction Skills: - Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus - Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines - Familiarity with hospitality management software is preferred - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to work night audit shifts as needed We offer competitive pay and benefits packages for our Front Desk Agents.
