1 hr each Morning -Household Helper/Walk Dog/Cleaning (West Village)

Walk one very nice 65lb dog to walk between and 8am to 9am start time (for 20 minutes), then light cleaning or other household chores for the rest of the hour.
We prefer a daily person including weekend but can be flexible with one day off.
Average is 1 hour each day.
We prefer someone within walking distance, possibly a student that has class afterward or someone that works from home.
Typical cleaning tasks are cleaning dishes from the night before and putting in dishwasher, surface clean countertops, vacuum floors, clean kitty litter, take out garbage and recyclables.
(We have a regular full house cleaning service for deeper cleaning.
If you have a housecleaning service, we would consider your quote for a full apartment cleaning as well.
