Looking for someone organized, polished & professional to be responsible for preparing and cooking farm-to-table style meals.
Candidate must have experience cooking and serving in a formal home & must be able to travel with flexibility domestic.
We’re looking for someone that’s able to execute a wide range of cooking from healthy organic meals to multi-course dinner parties for 10 or more people and for the staff.
Chef is full charge of the kitchen from cooking to maintaining spotless.
Must drive + clean record.
Flexibility is crucial for this role.
Responsible for grocery shopping, household supplies inventory/stocking, keep the kitchen neat and organize.
Computer savvy, Mac and Outlook.
Able to hire extra staff when needed.
Wine/Food pairing knowledge.
Serving and setting the table.
Willing to learn new cooking techniques when required by principal.
Team player.
Must speak fluent English.
Must have long term references working for Formal families.
