*Who we're looking for:*
An ambitious, smart, self-driving individual to provide personal & execytive assistant services t our Creative Director & Founder, covering both the business and private activities, making a valuable contribution to a diverse and interesting portfolio of projects whilst delivering excellent support.
The ability to multitask is essential in this position, while also maintaining busy schedules.
The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver, and organized.
Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.

- Reputation Management: Daily LinkedIn Posting (research design trends and post relevant stories on LinkedIn)
- Podcast Creation: Coordinating a full Podcast production (from insertion to post-production & release)
- Video Case Study Coordination: organize case studies into scripts and arrange production to shoot video stories about each agency case study
· Provide administrative support to the CD & Founder
- MUST DRIVE (car will be provided)
- Must be open & willing to performing private matters assistance i.
e.
dropping off/picking up kids to/from school, attending private sales and photographing items, running returns to shops, picking up groceries, light cooking (mostly making coffee), opening packages, walking the dog, light cleanup around the house & office (must be a very clean, organized individual that wants to see the place immaculate & not cut corners), scheduling & organizing deep cleanings with cleaning team & other services around house such as handy man fixes at home & office, answering emails & phone calls
· Perform analytic and query work as needed.
· Schedule and arrange travel as needed.
· Organize and maintain files, correspondence, records, and other documents.
· Support project management with tracking and dispersing documentation to team members, monitoring deadlines, and following up on pending matters.
· Use good decision-making skills to determine the level of urgency of matters brought to your attention and work accordingly;
· Ability to synthesize multiple options and present recommendations and cost-benefit analyses;
· Motivated self-starter with the ability to think outside the box and independently figure out how things work;
· Anything else deemed appropriate to facilitate the CEO's day-to-day responsibilities.
· 1-3 years work experience in the capacity of a Personal, Administrative, Executive Assistant or similar;
· Excellent computer skills and fluency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Suite and Calendar, Microsoft Office
· Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized while having a high attention to detail;
· Ability to manage several projects at once and thrive in a fast-paced environment;
· High integrity and ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information;
· Holds oneself to a high standard and expects that of others;
· Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills;
· Self-directed and proactive, but has the ability to take direction.
· Ability to multitask with excellent time-management skills.
· Excellent problem-solving skills.
· Address impromptu tasks as they arise, such as researching vendors to repair broken items, and occasionally running errands outside of the home/office
· Flexibility working independently or partnering with a variety of teams;
· Ability to adapt to quick changing scheduling and last-minute requests;
· Fast learner and can convey correct information regarding operations, policies, practices etc.

· Experience with start-up environment, rapid growth, or tech is a plus;
· BA/BS preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $3,000.
00 - $4,000.

* 10 hour shift

* Day shift

* On call
* Weekends as needed
