Operation Manager Internship

*Job Summary*: As an Operations Manager Intern in a property management company, you will support daily operations to ensure smooth property functioning.
This includes assisting with staff supervision, budget management, coordinating maintenance tasks, implementing safety procedures, and contributing to tenant satisfaction.
You will also help with property owner with strategic planning for property improvements and growth initiatives.
Immediate Hire!! *Responsibilities:* -Long-term planning to support the company’s goals -Assist with work orders on the Visitt platform for rental /Condominium portfolio workorders -Assist in scheduling vendors and coordinate with building staff -Move out walkthroughs/Unit turnover final walkthroughs -Follow the service contract tracker and schedule maintenance per our service agreements -Regular sites visits to meet vendors, building inspections, and building walkthroughs -Review invoices to ensure there are no excessive charges and accurate information *Expectations*: -Must be able to work at least 3 days a week -Currently enrolled in a related degree program (Real Estate, Property Management, and Business Administration.
-*Must be a college senior with expectation of graduation Summer or Fall of 2024* *Skill*: -Proficiency in Microsoft office suite is a must -Strong interpersonal skills preferred -Problem-solving skills is a must -Strong organizational and time management skills -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Job Type: Internship Pay: $15.
