Multi-Site Property Manager

* 307 units * The PM candidate should be * very capable * hands on * walks their properties on a weekly / daily basis * experience with leading maintenance * type of leader that checks in with their teams daily via in person / zoom / phone / text * have experience with older buildings and the maintenance needs * someone who also is great at leasing / supporting leasing * resident centric, experience with conducting resident engagement events * this candidate must have managed multiple locations in the past * knows the general area and how to do outreach marketing * market rate only * We use Yardi, Yardi CRM, Leonardo247, Edge2Learn * They will be starting new with their leasing agent but will be shown the ropes by the current property manager of the portfolio now.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.
