The Client Success Specialist will make client satisfaction a top priority and must exhibit exceptional customer service skills to effectively support our MCP and LFC clients.
Varying by client, they may act as the sole owner of the client relationship or may be in a supporting role assisting the Client Success Executive in managing the relationship and day to day account management.
Duties may include, but are not limited to, ServiceNow and support related activities, deployment coordination, release review, and ad hoc client calls.
The CSS will be expected to work effectively with various internal teams to drive resolution for their assigned clients’ issues.
The ability to build strong relationships with technology leads and business influencers is a must.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Client management, analyzing, understanding, and remediating complex difficulties and balancing revenue goals and client needs.
Minimum 1+ years’ experience with the mortgage cadence platform/SaaS experience

Preferred Qualifications:
Strong salesforce, Excel, MS Project, Power Point knowledge
Excellent communication (written and oral)
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
