We are seeking an Intern to join our New York City Region for the summer.
The intern will be exposed to all dimensions of the company’s regional operations and each department will get the opportunity to engage the intern on projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide competitive research and analysis support.
Perform landscape analysis related to real estate and venture investment activity.
Help with collection and input of quantitative and qualitative data.
Conduct market research, as needed.
Be involved, participate in, and learn about various departments within the Company.
Special projects, as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience: Currently enrolled in a college or university.
Interest in Real Estate or Venture Investment, preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) a must.
Results oriented, proactive, attention to detail, strong and efficient work ethic.
Willing to work as part of a team and support the office as needed.
The expected hourly rate for this position is $25 per hour.
