OPPORTUNITY
Dedicated person to better understand the retailer and drive account specific programs
Ex.
Drive Coco Gauff plans by retailer
Drive incremental volume by unlocking customer activations
Deliver efficiencies by having dedicated member to evaluate retailer programs ROI, trade lifts and sell through analysis
Provide additional level of support to retail customers, unlocking better partnerships
Liaison between Sales and Marketing to drive content needs during tentpole/launch moments
Provide ecommerce support for ratings review and optimizing digital awareness
DISPLAY STRATEGY & EXECUTION: owner of in-store display strategy & execution to achieve brand + customer-specific objectives.
Responsibilities would include:
End-to-end project management (ensure timelines & key milestones are met cross-functionally)
Display thematic & concept creation
Creative development of display renders
Preparation of materials to assist with sell-in
Forecast pass, DPM set up
Sell-through & lift analysis
E-COMMERCE SUPPORT:
Lead on Salsify: ensuring all up to date copy, imagery is uploaded in Salsify for account teams to leverage (copy writing led by DMI/MKT OPS)
Liaison between sales & marketing on content needs during tentpole/launch moments (content creation led by DMI/MKT OPS)
Ratings & reviews generation (pre-seeding) during launch cycles
- CUSTOMER-SPECIFIC TRADE ACTIVATION SUPPORT:
Liaison with sales for execution of trade-specific programs
Responsible for providing all marketing materials to execute with excellence
Programs to support include (but not limited to): beauty boxes/sampling, demo events, trade-shows, beauty consultant training, etc.
Lead for Promo on DPM – kits & bundles
Other retailer needs: Retailer specific signage (create and deliver); SHOP Orders; Beauty Box creation for retailers; Retail specific DFSI’s and Catalina
Owns display tracker & display budget

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:
Salary Range: $140,100 – 203,2000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
