What You Will Do: The Professional Products Division’s Digital Team is seeking a Digital Content Manager to join the division’s Content Center to tell engaging stories through short video format, and eretail and lifestyle photography.
This is a cross-functional position, working closely with our brand, e-retail, and digital teams – reporting to the Digital Content Director.
You will be primarily responsible for the project management and creative execution of Content Center ecommerce briefs for the local US market developing production plans and tracking deadlines to ensure timely asset delivery.
This role will help support the Content Director and Content Center in the creation of playbooks, learnings agendas, and share outs.
Work with internal and external partners to source and brief creator talent for video and photo assets used across DTC and Eretail.
Own relationships with internal and external partners to understand KPIs, brand expression, project goals and keep teams up to date with production status.
Shoot and edit content and/or direct partners in the creation of final outputs, review and edit raw video footage for use across channels, color grade footage and adjust audio assets to enhance overall video quality.
Track project deadlines, manage workflows and lead internal/external meetings to ensure projects are aligned with campaign goals and are on track through completion/release.
Manage and track budgets for internal team, brand teams, vendors and talent.
Create iterations of content for best practices by channel.
Source and insert music, transitions, sound effects, video effects, and graphics, process and proofread closed captioning transcripts.
Monitor, analyze and leverage learnings from performance to identify business impact and future opportunities for the brand.
Stay on top of administrative tasks that support the production workflow, including product shipping, placing SHOP orders, opening POs, etc.
Research the latest industry trends and eRetail platform capabilities and build them into best practices and new content approaches for brand teams.
Collaborate with the Digital Content team and cross-functional partners in reviewing content and providing feedback.
What We Are Looking For: Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree 5-7 years in content production and management Minimum 3 years experience managing projects independently end to end.
