Job Description Colla Born Wise Beauty Salon is currently seeking a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier.
As a key member of our salon, the Cashier will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth transactions, excellent customer service, and overall operational efficiency.
Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
Assist customers in understanding salon services, pricing, and promotions.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Cash Handling: Process customer transactions accurately using the salon's point-of-sale (POS) system.
Handle cash, credit, and electronic payments securely.
Provide customers with receipts and ensure transaction records are accurate.
Appointment Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating with salon staff.
Manage and update the appointment calendar as needed.
Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the cashier area clean and organized.
Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the salon.
Collaboration: Work closely with salon staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Communicate effectively with other team members to address any issues or concerns.
Qualifications Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
