Hudson Dermatology & Laser Surgery is hiring an Experienced Dermatology Medical Assistant for a growing Dermatology office in Hudson Yards.
Our office is a mix of medical and cosmetic dermatology and is a very warm/ friendly environment that encourages personal growth.
Responsibilities:
Assisting the Dermatologist in simple procedures and staffing rooms.
Being able to handle phone calls and voicemails.
Answering emails.
Patient intake.
Compiling medical records, prescriptions, PAs, clinical patient needs, and charts.
Operating computer software and office equipment.
Phlebotomy
Maintaining supplies and appearance for the office.
Providing top-notch customer service and care to the patients
