SUMMARY
The Influencer Intern is a highly motived individual, passionate about social media, and beauty with interest in the influencer landscape.
This role will directly support the team’s day-to-day operations for influencer programs and relationships.
In collaboration with the internal teams, they will help to continue to grow and strengthen the current influencer community through outreach, gifting, and personalized communication.
A commitment of up to 20 hours per week is required, with office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (2 to 3 days in office).
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead coordinator of PR gifting to editors, influencers, and celebrities
Assist with growing influencer database by conducting outreach and maintaining communication with influencers through email and Instagram DM’s
Create targeted influencer lists for various campaigns, mailers, and events
Monitor, track and engage with social posts from our influencer community.
Keep track and manage inventory of product closet
Research competitor activity and stay on top of up-and-coming trends
Organize Tribe and other internal databases to ensure everything is current and up to date
Additional tasks assigned.

Ensure all duties carried out and actions completed in every aspect of your role, contribute to the short and long-term Sustainability Goals set-forth by the ELEMIS - Climate, Biodiversity & People Pillars.
QUALIFICATIONS & CHARACTERISTICS
Pursuing bachelor's degree in related field.
Understanding and knowledge of top US influencers within the beauty space.
Proficient in social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
Strong time management skills, attention to detail and highly organized.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, digital- first, work environment.
Excellent communication skills and creative judgement to recognize and identify what is on brand and on trend.
Experience with Tribe Dynamics, Cision and other influencers platforms is a plus but not mandatory.
PHYSICAL & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to work in normal office conditions.
Must be able to commit up to 20 hours a week.
Work from NYC Office.
