Holistic Beauty Studio Coordinator (Downtown)

We are a well established, holistic beauty studio specializing in clean services that include nails, face and body care.
We serve a really nice clientele.
This position is PT start (3 - 4 days) and calls for flexible availability as schedule can change.
- Schedule requirements include opening/ closing shifts as well as full days.
- Weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and holidays are required as needed.
- Must be able to accommodate last minute schedule change/studio coverage as needed.
This is a long term position with the opportunity for growth for the right candidate with relevant skills and experience.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: ~Ensure shop coverage ~Focused and responsive self-starter with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment ~Neat and organized ~Caring and responsible ~Excellent communication skills - strong speaking + written skills with great phone etiquette ~Efficiently maximize booking capacity ~Ensure a positive and enjoyable client experience from start to finish ~Non negotiable - Punctual, dependable and reliable with high level of professionalism both in appearance and conduct ~Have the smarts and creativity to maximize scheduling capacity with accuracy and speed ~Be able to work independently and efficiently and have good judgement ~Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate and fulfill client needs ~Strong sense of accountability, responsibility and integrity ~Team player eager to support all team members ~Maintain a clean and organized studio environment at all times ~Replenish supplies and retail products ~Sales experience a plus ~Social media and marketing experience a plus If you’re interested in joining our team, please send in your resume along with a short cover letter.
