Guaruntor or co-signer needed (Manhattan)

Hey all, my name is Dante’ and I’m making a post seeking somebody who has good credit and would be able to co-sign or be a guaruntor for me to get a place.
I make 80k+ a year but properties keep denying me because I don’t have high enough credit I don’t have any friends or family that would or could otherwise i wouldn’t ask .
It doesn’t matter how much you make so If you have 700+ credit I’ll pay you monthly for the duration of the lease we can even create a contract, anything to make you feel secure and we can get it notarized.
Y’all know how nyc is ….
its hard out here I’m a good person just need a little help… I make mooore then enough to pay for these places I just need somebody with 700+ credit to help.
